"The hostel sent an email saying they require a credit card to check in. They then charged my credit card for the room even though I had already paid for the room on Hotels.com. I had to call 3 times and email screenshots of my credit card statement to prove I had been double charged. Very annoying. Would not recommend. "

"The grounds and pools were beautiful and convenient to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also within walking distance of a Walgreens. The rooms were super clean, the whole place was quietly relaxing. A/C was perfectly comfortable, there was a good sized fridge and microwave in the room. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and our kids said the pull out sofa bed was also comfortable. The staff was very attentive whenever we had a need. 100% would recommend and have already verbally spread the word to those we know personally travelling soon. We will definitely stay again if we end up going to San Juan in the future."
