「Amazing place, loved it」

「A beautiful boutique hotel ... centrally located .... the staff was outstanding and courteous.」

I paid approximately $316 per night for three nights (about $1,000 in total), so I expected a much higher level of service. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several disappointing issues. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in, and we urgently needed to use the restroom. I actually had to take a shower first just to deal with the situation until we could get more.
