"The size of the room was really big, with a fantastic layout. The cleaning service was fantastic- we stayed for a week, and the room always looked clean and tidy upon our return from outtings. Because there was never parking available nearby, we had to would’ve gotten five stars, but was missing two key items - a microwave, and extra blanket. I am sure I could’ve asked for another blanket, so the real downfall was lacking a microwave ."

"The rooms are nice but there stuffy and the mats are wild. It’s hard to get the staff to help. And the only silverware available is plastic and you get what you get. In room refrigerator does not keep food cold. "

"Breakfast did not open before I had to leave for a flight and no reimbursement. Room was great, terrific. Mattress poor. Shuttle is unscheduled hit and miss. "

"The rooms were lovely. There was a noise issue in the room we were initially booked into and the front desk moved us without issue. It was so quiet and perfect. "

"Front desk staff was great and very attentive. We were able to get an early check in, however the room smelled horrible. They moved us to another room later that evening. There seems to be an issue with an over powering mildew smell. Rooms are relatively clean. One side of the hotel seems to be renovated, while the other is not. They need to remove the carpeting which smells horrible. Good location next to the marina. "
