ビーチ間近の1階のお部屋でした。時期的なものなのか、漂着した藻の匂いが気になりました。また、視線が気になりカーテンを開けることができませんでした。 部屋は清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。夜も静かです。

オーシャンビューのリーズナブルホテル
ホテルはプラヤ・デル・カルメンの５番通りからすぐのところにありアクセスは良好。 部屋は普通の部屋は部分的に海が見え、オーシャンフロントだと海が目の前に見える。 オーシャンフロントの３階に宿泊しましたが、テラスの目の前は海で、ハンモック、ロングシート、朝食など食事のできるテーブル（４人席）がありよい。朝日がキレイに見える。 朝食はコンチネンタル・ブレックファスト（パン、コーヒーor紅茶、オレンジジュース）が無料で、オプションでフルーツプレートなど（数十ペソ/ 人）を追加ができる。頼んだフルーツプレートはかなりフルーツが盛りだくさんでよい、一方、オプションをつけないと寂しい朝食かも。 ◆注意点 ・Wi-Fiは遅くてPCだと使い物にならず、スマホであんんとかサイトを表示できるレベル ・ホテルの近くがクラブ街になっており、女性１人で夜出歩くと危ないかも ・クラブの音は夜７時過ぎから朝の６時過ぎまでうるさい、クラブに壁が無いので音漏れはかなりひどい ・道路沿いの部屋になると夜うるさいかも、オーシャンフロントの部屋は道路と反対の海側なので、多少は音がマシだったが、重低音の音漏れが気になる人にはつらいかも ・自分は相当重低音の響きが気になる方なので、海側の部屋でも夜は気になった（耳栓をして寝ました） ・宿泊した月〜水で毎日クラブ営業していたので、曜日関係無く音漏れがひどい可能性が高い

This place is located in walking distance to all the night clubs and the main 5th avenue. Malls, high end restaurants lots to see and not only 5th avenue walk both side it’s beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. They can also book tours I think it was cheaper at the hotel. It has a small pool and beach. This is seaweed season. Breakfast is there for a fee which they bring it to your patio. I booked an apartment style which was furnished. Bed room was a bit small but everything was great. I would recommend!

all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The night security staff didn't speak a lot of English but they were very helpful. We arrived after 9 pm so the office was closed. The night security person showed us to our room, explained how to lock the doors and took our luggage to the room. All with minimal English. Most of the rooms have a view of the ocean. As others have said there are boats tied up in front of the hotel but in the morning they went out and we were able to swim directly in front of the hotel. There was some seaweed during our week there but it was removed everyday. As someone who has lived on the ocean the seaweed there didn't smell as much as some I've experienced. Oceans have seaweed. We loved the location of the hotel. It is very quiet and just a block from 5th Avenue and in a very walkable area. The rooms were sound proof and well designed. and the view from our balcony was amazing. We are looking forward to our next trip there.

Loved the property! There is beach with lounge chairs, but boats are on it, so don't really count on swimming. Not a big downer as there are plenty of beaches further down. Internet is complicated, we could not get it in our room, that was the only problem for us. If you decide to go for breakfast, pass on the Continental one, but there is a bakery, Carlotta's around the corner that has great croissant and cinnamon rolls.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr geräumig und komfortabel.(wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße raus) Es war recht ruhig und man hat vom Innenstadt Partymeilen Lärm nachts nichts mehr gehört. Super Anbindung vom AdoBus Alterna und vom Fähranleger nach Cozumel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Quiet! Close enough to walk to everything but away from all the noise of the night life and foot traffic. I would choose this place again. Perfect for a couples getaway.

Lovely property. Quiet but yet close 3 blocks from the fun hussle and bustle of Ave 5. We had a unit w a side ocean view. First unit has a bit of a musty smell; second unit was perfect. Very nicely laid out; units in back of property would have limited views. Grounds and pool are beautiful. Staff was outstanding. No breakfast room but you can arrange to have breakfasts brought to your unit which was really nice. Would definitely visit again!

The room was nice enough. However, Spiral, narrow staircases, unsafe!! Many amenities listed in fact were not available. Read through and email property to ensure what you want/need is truly available. “In room coffee”-it’s not, it’s espresso cups and charged for it after first day. Pool-yes but unable to sit around it and very cold, really more for looks, it’s a court yard pool. No hot tub. Private Beach very small, other guests wake early and hold a chair all day and often not used for much of it. Not enough for all guests AND when we did get one the cushions are so flat and worn out not comfortable or relaxing at all.

What an amazing hotel in PDC! We were there for 4 nights and we only have positive things to say. I was there with my 16 year old son and we loved the location, very quiet, close to everything, the view from the balcony was lovely with a table and chairs, we were in room 304 and I couldn’t have asked for better. Carlos the concierge was amazing and he took time to ask us if everything was alright. He also helped us for booking activities and making sure everything was ok. He even escorted us to our morning transportation at another location and this was his day off! Thank you Carlos. We will definetly go back here. The beach front was cleaned regularly but there was a bit of sargasse unfortunately. There is also a coffee place right in front where they serve great latte.

Nice hotel, but no parking. You have to pay parking from10 AM to 10 PM . You can only pay 6 hours at a time. All the venders in the area will not trade bills for coins, the meters only take coins. I have stayed here many times, nice area but find a hotel that has there own parking. Chasing parking meters is not a fun vacation.
