Fabulous condo and location - a few suggestions
This condo building is beautiful and in a great central location. The condo was very clean, the building amenities were fabulous especially the 4 pools on the roof and the large gym. The staff are very friendly and the building is constantly being cleaned throughout the day. There was minimal noise after 10pm and the bed was very comfortable. The reason I had to dock 1 star in my rating is that the condo itself needs a few upgrades. Number 1 the water tank is so small that you get very hot water but only for around 6 minutes so showers were short. Secondly the WIFI speed was only 12mbs download and 19mbs upload. I somehow managed to have video calls on my work laptop but don’t even try using FaceTime kept freezing on me. Lastly, the washer/ dryer is one unit and these are extremely inefficient as it can take 4 hours to dry…yes your heard me right. Lastly the place could use some perks and basics in the kitchen. I had to buy so many little things that I hope the next visitor gets to use such as Kleenex, toilet paper, bathroom cleaner spray, tea, coffee, oatmeal, kitchen garbage bags and it seems to be missing cutlery so had to buy paper bowls and plastic sppons. Lots of other units in the building so this one needs to upgrade if they want to compete.
