Everything was great!. Except for being harassed on the beach since it was public to everyone it seemed. But it was a Great relaxing paradise with animals (monkeys ) all over. not much todo at night tho. (Lacked entertainment and night life or shows). But it Definitely worth the price, the staff and bartenders were great! I was a little disappointed in there not being a 24/7 sports bar but luckily we found everything we wanted to watch on the few TVs they had and in the room. No hot tub either. There was one by the pool but it was cold. All and all it was a great trip at an affordable price ! 👍

Rooms are clean. Overall, facilities are clean most of the time. Restaurant staff are slow. They are OK at first when you are seated; after that, you do not see them for 15min. No difference if you are at the buffet or restaurant. They should close their dinner restaurants. They are no better than their buffet-style one. The buffet one is even better. Their Asian one is just wasting the food. Mexican and Italian are still buffet-style and not that Italian or Mexican. Steakhouse requires reservations, but it is nothing special. Pools are good. I know the beach is not a hotel property, but it would be nice if they tried to clean it more often just to keep their visitors happy. Poolside bartenders are not trained very well. Mostly crashed iced drinks. Water is the best. It is clean and warm.
