「Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie…
Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...

「Positivo: la localización es ideal, cerca del aeropuerto, la playa y lugares de interés. La habitación contaba con terracita y baño privado que fueron de gran utilidad. Apreciamos mucho la caja de bienvenida con café y algunos snacks, además de las cremas para el sol y las sombrillas para la playa.
Negativo: la neverita hacía mucho ruido cuando estaba enchufada, había olor a tubería en el baño, las toallas olían a humedad y el vater hizo un ruido durante la noche muy fuerte y agudo proveniente...

「Good communication before arrival with the added bonus of milk, water and beer in the fridge. Directions supplied were clear and easy to follow. Heated pool is only available during winter months which wasn't clear on website, so pool was quite cold. Overall a good, clean villa with sufficient utilities available. Would recommend this villa.」
