"Room was clean but kitchen was pretty empty save for two coffee cups, two saucers and two spoons. Microwave, coffee maker (no filters) and fridge. No plates or utensils though I assume you could ask for them. Was funny because there were lots of cupboards and drawers with nothing in them. The staff is great thou so made up for it! "

"the bed mattress was very dirty looking.... One of my pillows had sort of stuffing in it and held together with a safetu pin... No one speaks emglish... , You need to pay with ccash pecos for room No cell service in los ayala. Only wifi Staff was very good.. Also There web page Shows picture of beautiful location..But the picture is actually located in Puerto Valarta... Over priced.. 560 pecos per day except friday and saturday 760 pecos each day. Definietly frauduant ...
