Wifi and service level didnt meet the expectation
"Hotel wifi was terrible as I lost connection every few minutes and sometimes didnt connect at all. I dont know if they vacuum on the carpet as I found pices of chips everywhere. When I requested fresh towels and a bath matt, they were not in the room when we came back so I had to go to lobby."
