「とにかく設備の老朽化が著しい。特にシャワールームは酷く、シャワーホースから水漏れがしました。Wifiはロビーのゲストとルームの2種類が用意されていることになっていますが、ルーム用は全く感知できず、ゲスト用はすぐに途切れて使い物になりません。また折悪しく少年サッカークラブの合宿が行われており、隣室や廊下は少年たちの話し声や騒音で遅くまで騒々しく、山の中での休息を求めて利用したはずが全く得られませんでした。食事も合宿のせいか、3食ともビュッフェ形式で提供され、メニューが毎日ほぼ同じで、味は良いものの2日で飽きが来ました。スタッフのサービスはかなり良いレベルですが、毎年夏に同様の合宿が行われるのであれば、残念ですが再び利用する気にはなれません。」

「This hotel is located at around 20minutes on foot from old harbor. It is the difficult distance to be walking to the person carrying the baggage. Hotel in/out couldn't help using a taxi because there was no pick up service. A visitor in a bar in this hotel was making noise until late night. And I spent night which isn't quiet though it was a residential area. I asked about change of the intercity bus stop by city marathon. "I used the hotel on a business trip, so I couldn't use the hotel pool etc., but I had the impression that it was a very covinient hotel to use. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I thought it was a very good hotel to use for people traveling by car or rental car."
