"A lovely spacious apartment on the first floor (about 25 steps to climb but it helps keep you fit). The apartment has everything you need for your stay, there was lots of everything including towels for the beach. Theres a wash machine and tumble drier (located in the basement) and there’s a terrace to sit out on from the lounge area, it’s all well secured on the street which is a lovely residential street and the supermarket as well as some eating places is about 10 minute walk. Theres also two toilets. Oh, not forgetting great air con in all rooms . The two owners (females) have clearly paid attention to detail and were both very pleasant to deal with."

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beach Penthouse Mariposa. Ursula and Burghard were perfect hosts, especially on our arrival when my Wife was taken ill on the flight - they we're very kind, helpful and understanding for us.The Penthouse was outstanding. It has everything you could ever need for your stay, very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The location is great - away from the busy centre of Guardamar, but close walking distance to a beautiful beach and a few small shops. Private off-road parking was great to have, especially during the busy holiday season where everywhere is busy. The views from the multiple balconies were stunning, and lovely to sit out on an evening for a meal or drink, or morning coffee!The swimming pool is also in close walking distance, which is great for families with a pool bar which sells drinks, food and ice cream. The water was warm but refreshing, with 3 separate pools of different depths, to accommodate swimmers of all abilities. Sunbeds can be hired for a small fee.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in future."

"Great Villa, was exactly what I was hoping for when travelling with children, spacious bedrooms, large kitchen with everything you need to cook and loads of seating inside and outside. Air conditioning is in all the bedrooms and living room which makes a big difference when it’s 40c, a quick blast of the AC before bed makes it perfect for a great nights sleep. There are 2 TV’s on the upper floor but we didn’t even turn them on. Wi-Fi is good, no complaints from the kids when they were getting out of the sun on their iPads. In the garage next to the pool was another large fridge for keeping cold drinks at hand which came in very useful, there was a washer machine and a drier In there aswell and it came in handy for washing kids clothes when needed. Swimming pool is perfect, it’s large and has a nice deep end, This is where we spent most of our time. The location is really nice with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, Consum supermarket and square is only a 5-10 minute walk and there are a few more bars & restaurants there aswell.Overall great Host, great villa, great location and a great pool!! Would definitely use again!Neil."

"Arrived 4pm, until 5pm the frontdesk didn’t found the room key. They asked me not to wait in front of the desk, she asked me to stay away in the lobby… As new room was handled, everything was good. No refrigerator"

"This villa is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay. On arrival, Michael was waiting to show us around and give us a few instructions. There was also a welcome pack in the kitchen, which was a really lovely thought. The kitchen had every single utensil you could possibly need. Communication was fantastic and Michael was always very quick to respond. There are plenty of cafés and balls, including an excellent supermarket a 10 minute walk away. Everything you need is on your doorstep. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you to Michael for his great communication and cooperation. We had an amazing time. "
