"Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. "Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here. "Excellent staff and comfortable and Excellent bed! Parking was a breeze (garage door next to property for outside secure parking ) ac in room. Perfect in town conveniece without the extra hassle thst comes with being in town if you know what I mean. Id stay again. "

"This place was awesome. Built in like 1550 or something and you can feel it in certain parts. Room was great, and bigger than I thought. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend 10/10! Only issue, but not even an issue was the stairs creaked. (They’re old. Oh well!)"
