「I would give this hotel 11/10 rating. I has already high expectations going there but a was overwhelmed. Let me concentrate on less obvious features which make this hotel so good. It has its own style. It call itself “spirit hotel”. It definitely is. The spa section is excellent. Indoor/outdoor pools/saunas… all new/clean/perfect it definitely was freshly renovated with the great attention to details. And the best of all : their friendly personnel. They are not just polite and helpful. They...

「Hotel is so nice, good facility and found nice dinner included. Only thing is that most of guests are senior couple and having small kids is that non really comfortable against them...but staffs are very kind to kids.」

「We had a great stay here last week! The staff was so friendly, the breakfast delicious, the bed and room super comfy and the best shower in our trip to Austria and Italy! Short walks to shops and restaurants. Fasion/Boutique/eclectic is not usually our 'thing', but it was fun to be out of our element! Hope to go back after the 2026 olympics.」

「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「2023年7月18日（火）～3泊、50代夫婦で宿泊。ボルツァーノからレンタカーで到着。コルティナダンペッツォの中心地にあってとても便利。駐車場はホテルから徒歩3分程度の野っぱら、無料。部屋については基本快適なのですが、お湯がなかなか出なかったこと、バスタブと洗面の間仕切りにシャワーカーテンも扉もないのでシャワーするのが超難しいことがマイナス評価です。。。あと、1€＝161円精算の時期でもあって、1泊／1室／朝食付き、約40,000円超は、自分達には贅沢過ぎました。。。」

「The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room key was heavy, like a 19th-century antique. All modern hotels have magnetic cards, but this one was much more tasteful. Most stores and restaurants in Cortina d'Ampezzo close in October, but the restaurant at this hotel had good food. The breakfast buffet was not luxurious, but it was sufficient.」
