Two people stayed in the room, and although there was no space to open suitcases, the room was clean and the shower had a satisfactory amount of water. The hotel was also waking up early in the morning to loud noises of doors closing and not being able to get a good night's sleep. The sound of doors closing in all rooms is very loud. The employees of this hotel should stay there once to see how it sounds.When I complained to the female front desk staff about this, they were full of excuses and no apology. Firstly, if a complaint is made, you should apologise before making excuses. Other staff were very good. I will leave an honest comment as I would never return here.

スタッフ皆さんとても親切でした。 内装も可愛いく毎日癒されました。鍵のぬいぐるみも可愛い。 バスタブもあってよかったです。 バーエリアもゆっくりできる感じで良かったです。
