Dual Outdoor Living: Unit 421 is unique, offering two separate outdoor spaces. The main balcony overlooks the pool and sea, featuring comfortable dining seating for six. A separate, smaller veranda is accessible from the third bedroom, providing a private spot for a quiet breakfast or coffee with garden views.
The light-filled interior includes a dedicated desk area and a spacious living room. The kitchen features an updated design with dark granite counters and matte steel appliances and is fully equipped for dining. Amenities include a convenient in-unit washer/dryer, Central A/C, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Access Note: The unit is on the second floor of a three-story building, and general access is via two flights of stairs (there is no lift in this building).

We stayed over the Christmas holiday. Wonderful beach to walk and calm waters to kayak and paddle board. Communication with the property manager was easy, clear and timely. The kitchen was well-equipped and the property was very well maintained.
Cocoplum was a great fit for our family of 5. All of the outside amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, paddleboards, cor hole) were great. Kim answered every question quickly and with great detail.
We enjoyed our stay at Coco plum villas in Belize. The condo was close to the beach and even closer to the pool so we were able to enjoy the outdoors. The inside had a great kitchen for cooking along with comfy beds for sleeping. Hebert went out of his way to give us lots of tips and advice for traveling in Belize.
Cocoplum - soon to be called the MarAzul was incredible. It was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet with an incredible beach we could walk along for miles. The staff were helpful if we needed anything and we had access to the Naia resort and restaurants (like 1981 and the bar lounge)and could go over to Serenian Bay to the gym and restaurants as well. It was an incredible stay for the 3 weeks we spent there. I highly recommend this stay.
We loved our stay! The apartment and property are beautiful. We loved the pool, being right on the ocean. We enjoyed the dock with all the sea life. We kayaked, rode the bikes and barbecued out back. Alvaro (facility staff member) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
What a fantastic property! Herbert was great to deal with, very patient with schedule changes. The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen and exactly as described so zero complaints. The most helpful part of our stay was having Alvaro there to check on us, make us feel welcome and safe. The property is walking distance to excellent restaurants and the neighboring resorts that they have use agreements with is an added bonus. Highly recommended!
Loved our stay at cocoplum ! The property manager greeted us as we arrived was filled with helpful advice and answered any questions we had . The property is very safe ( as is all of the Placencia ) but the security was exceptionally friendly and very helpful with anything we needed around the property . The security made our stay fun and memorable. The property is nicely tucked into palm trees nicely off the main road . We loved the dock that we enjoyed a lot of our time . We highly recommend Cocoplum .
Wonderful Stay at Cocoplum North of Placentia, Belize
We had a wonderful family stay with our adult children at Cocoplum. The property, which is north of Placencia, was a 20 minute golf cart ride into town. We preferred being a little farther from the town and tourist areas. Herbert, our property manager, was a fantastic communicator and offered to help with anything we might need. Alvaro, a grounds person was a wealth of information and help. He made sure that we had everything we needed, that the hot tub was warm when requested, helped with kayak's and paddle-boards, and even treated us to fresh coconut from the trees. Sharing stories of his life in Belize, we learned so much about the different languages and history of this very diverse country. Alvaro would be a wonderful tour guide. We hope to visit again.
