From the moment you step inside Conmigo Villas, you'll be captivated by its sleek, modern design. The open-concept living space features high-end finishes, including polished concrete walls, custom wood cabinetry, and contemporary decor that creates an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, offering panoramic views of the beach and ocean, while the neutral color palette and stylish furnishings add to the villa's serene ambiance.
With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable seating both indoors and out, this villa is designed with family gatherings in mind. The pool area, complete with a poolside bar and BBQ grill, is ideal for afternoon cookouts or evening cocktails under the stars. For the adventurous, kayaks are available for exploring the calm waters of the Caribbean, while the private pier invites you to cast a line and try your hand at fishing.

This unique villa building is made up of two connected units, each featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This listing is for the North unit. The units are connected by a locked adjoining door, offering both privacy and convenience, depending on your needs.
The third floor boasts an expansive flat sun deck, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Comfortable seating is provided, making it the perfect spot to soak up the sun or stargaze under a clear night sky.
Conmigo Villas is located in the tranquil community of Maya Beach, a great area that provides for a very private beach setting, yet it is close to fine dining, upscale resorts and other activities accessible with the included golf cart.
Our full-time concierge will assist you in planning every detail of your trip from arranging transportation from/to the Belize City Airport, booking tours and activities, golf cart rental as well spa services and chef services at the property.

Placencia, located in Southern Belize, is the second most popular tourist destination in the country. It is situated on a 16-mile-long peninsula that is surrounded by a lagoon on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other. It is much smaller, less congested and more laid back than Ambergris Caye/San Pedro. Being inland, Placencia provides easy access to many activities on the mainland like Mayan Ruins, waterfalls, ziplining and cave tubing to name a few. Placencia offers numerous restaurants, small shops, bars and the famous Placencia Sidewalk. It is the perfect place for an amazing Caribbean vacation!
**GETTING FROM THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO THE PROPERTY**
All international flights into and out of Belize are serviced through the Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE), located northwest of Belize City. Your concierge will assist with the first options to arrange domestic transportation from BZE to Placencia:
- Travel by plane on a local commuter flight from the airport (BZE) to the Placencia Airstrip (PLJ). Flight time is approximately 30 minutes. Once in Placencia, our staff will pick you up and take you to the villa. Our concierge will work with you to book the local flights as soon as you have your international flights ready.
- Travel by private shuttle van from BZE, where the driver will meet you outside of baggage claim. The drive time is approximately 2 hours. You’ll be taken directly to the villa. Our concierge will work with you to book the shuttle van as soon as you have your international flights ready.
- Option 3 is to rent a vehicle at BZE and make the drive down to the condo yourself. There are numerous rental car agencies right across the parking lot from baggage claim including Hertz Avis and Crystal Car Rental a larger local car rental company. You would just need to go online to book and secure a vehicle prior to arrival.
