"Pollenca is beautiful and this villa is only 15 minute walk to the centre and 15 minute walk to Lidl supermarket. Traditional farmhouse style with 2 cute chickens wandering round, pond with frogs and lovely pool and jacuzzi. I normally like modern style but did really enjoy the traditional style if this villa. Fabulous outdoor areas with bar 2 large tables shower toilet and sauna. We were a group of 9 ladies ages from 20 to 61 and we all loved it."

"Fantastic villa in an excellent location. The pool was fabulous. The villa had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.Bus stop at the end of the road made it very easy getting anywhere if you don't want to drive. Very handy for elderly parents who couldn't walk too far as taxis were non existant in both old town & port.Also 2 mins from the supermarket and electric charging point.Would highly recommend. Some very cool art too!"

"Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend. There were a few things to mention. One of the pool umbrellas was broken and we hoped to have it fixed during our stay as shade was very much appreciated with the hot temperatures. Unfortunately it didn’t get fixed during our stay. The pool could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall fine. There were no extra trash bags or toilet paper which was an easy fix but for the price we paid we were expecting there to be some extra supplies of common things. The beds definitely weren’t the most comfortable but were fine. Overall we had a great time and the property fit our needs."

"We loved the villa, it was spacious, clean and has everything we needed.We were a large group of 10 ranging in age.The communication and flexibility of the owner was great allowing us to stay longer which was thoroughly relaxing. We know the area so we’re happy to drive into Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. We did walk in one of the days but it was on the side of the main road so achievable in about 30 minutes but not very scenic. If you are familiar with Majorca getting to these beautiful villas does require a car and confidence in accessing them via narrow lanes, but well worth it.The whole space worked so well for us with different seating areas for the smaller and older children but perfect space for seating large groups for dinner.The pool was beautiful and a perfect way to cool off.We would definitely return, this was by far our favourite villa to stay in and we’ve been coming for over 10 years."

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das zweite Bad mit direktem Zugang vom Poolbereich ist ebenso schön wie das Bad im Haus. Highlight ist der große Pool inmitten des wunderschön angelegten Gartens mit Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Guillem war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"The property is excellent and the ideal location for a quiet stay, but within easy reach of a wide variety of excellent beaches, markets, picturesque towns, and all necessary amenities.We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book the property again.Margalida was an excellent host and always there if we needed her advice or recommendations, though she was never overbearing. It was lovely to wake up to the odd breakfast treat left outside early in the morning.The property is better than the photos depict: A lovely open garden with ample space and a beautify pool. Areas for shade and sun. Three comfortable, large bedrooms - all en-suite and with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms was fully accessible- as was the outside, without steps - meaning that somebody with mobility issues could easily stay at the property. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen was adequately equipped for a two week stay.Thank you very much, we hope to be back one day!!"

"Just home from a great week . House was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed even Tupperware to take lunch to the beach. Very quiet location, but only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Pollensa., with numerous restaurants etc. We hired a car for the week, which was a great way to explore the beautiful island. We always managed to find parking in nearby streets. Would love to return to this house and area."
