「This was a spacious and clean and comfortable place. There was room to work on line and a comfortable bed. I couldn't have asked for more. I especially appreciated the lack of "freshening" chemicals in the air and on the sheets and towels. The marketing of smells to the public is just weird, and I am glad you have not succumbed to it. 」

「The property was beautiful! We did not get to stay as long as we wanted but we will definitely be coming back to this little cottage. It was very clean and decorated well! The host was immediately responsive but we should note that there was absolutely no cellphone service which made communicating with guests a little difficult. 」

「An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat. 「The property was perfect. Nice clean bedrooms with enough clean bathrooms for everyone. Beautiful full kitchen for meals. My 10 grandchildren enjoy the open space to run and play with each other, while the adult watch from the deck. At night we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub or sitting around the fire pit.
