この施設について

House can sleep 6 or more people

  • Perfect for those coming into the area for work purposes, sporting events or just a stop-over from the airport. This is not a luxury apartment so dont expect the latest amenities. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to lay your head when you are in the area. Free parking, air conditioning, central heating and wifi. Four double beds, a sofa bed, a full size couch and love seat. A full kitchen and bathroom with hot and cold water. You will be occupying the entire first floor of this two bedroom basic brick ranch house. The house has it's bumps and bruises but it’s a safe place for you to spend a few nights or stay a little while. There is also a big back yard with seating and bar-b-que grill. This house is not equipped to accommodate wheelchair or physically challenged guest. The public laundry is less than five minutes away. On the basement level of the house, there is a completely separate apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. No space is shared at any time.

I left as soon as I could. There were stains on all the bedding. Holes in walls grease on walls smelled. Stacks of air conditioners in corners. Lawn not kept up. Stacks of lawnmowers outside. Towels for windows curtains. He lives down stairs while your there. Can't control the thermostate. This in the worst place I have ever been let alone stayed. Cracked counter tops. Bath tub was black and brown color. Refused to refund money after speaking to him about the condition.

Incredibly filthy

The house was small and had an odor of stale French fries which the owner tried to cover up. The owner lived in the basement of the house. There was no off-street parking. The owner controlled the thermostat from the basement. I just found out that the owner also charged us $25 for laundry. Yet there was no washer and dryer. Seriously - does anyone from VRBO do any type of inspection before they approve a house for rental?

Great host

It a nice house that has everything that you would need. It's far enough away from the city where you don't have all the traffic but close enough that you can be there in 25 minutes. Val is a great host came up to welcome us and then he gave you privacy. Defiantly recommended this property and would stay again.
