Paired with two upholstered storage benches (each with a 500-pound weight limit) and two cozy linen-down fill armchairs, it’s ready for whatever you have in mind.

Electric Fireplace: Set the mood with our electric fireplace, offering warmth and ambiance at the touch of a button. Choose from different color settings to match your vibe, whether you're winding down or gearing up for a game night.

Golden Tee Arcade Game: Get your golf fix with the Golden Tee arcade game, perfect for some friendly competition without leaving the house.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Equipped with a smart TV featuring Roku Guest Mode, you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies.

The room also offers a variety of card and board games like Yahtzee, Sorry!, Uno, Monopoly Play, Cribbage, and more, ensuring fun for everyone.

Enjoy the comfort of two faux leather reclining chairs and a spacious green corduroy couch, complete with two large ottomans. The room is accented by a "The Burgh" marquee sign, adding a touch of local character. For a true movie theater vibe, close the curtains at the entrance from the dining/game room and shut the door to the kitchen to create a cozy, private screening room.

KITCHEN
Step into a bright, modern kitchen where style meets functionality. This fully equipped space is designed to cater to all your culinary needs, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full family dinner. The sleek stainless steel appliances offer the perfect blend of form and function.

Enjoy the convenience of a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need, from cookware and dishware to utensils. We’ve also included handy appliances like a toaster, blender, hand mixer, and Instant Pot, so you can feel right at home while cooking your favorite meals.

Kickstart your morning at the "Coffee Bar," featuring a combination drip and single-cup Keurig machine. An electric kettle is also available for tea lovers, and we’ve provided a selection of K-cups and tea bags to get you started.

The cozy breakfast nook tucked into the corner of the kitchen invites you to enjoy casual meals. With comfortable bench seating and two chairs, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing morning coffee or a quick bite to eat.

BACKYARD
Step outside into your private, fully fenced-in backyard—an ideal space for relaxation and gathering with friends or family. The area is thoughtfully designed with playground mulch, offering a soft and clean surface underfoot, making it safe and comfortable.

Gather around the gas fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying the warmth and ambiance.

For those who love to grill, a gas grill is ready for your culinary adventures.

PARKING
Parking is a breeze at our home. There’s ample free street parking available right in front of the house, conveniently on the same side of the street. For added convenience, we also have a parking pad located at the back of the house, which can accommodate one vehicle up to about a mid-size SUV. Whether you choose street parking or the private pad, you’ll find it easy to come and go during your stay.

LAUNDRY
Our home’s classic Pittsburgh design means that the staircase to the basement is narrow and quite steep, and the ceiling in the basement is low, so you may need to duck slightly as you head to the laundry area. Once there, you’ll find a washer and dryer ready for your use, with a few detergent pods and dryer sheets provided to make laundry easy and convenient during your stay.

Other things to note:
Our home is designed to host up to a maximum of 8 guests. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property throughout the booking period—reservations made on behalf of others are not allowed. The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 8. Any unapproved guests or exceeding the maximum limit of 8 guests may result in termination of your stay without a refund.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Our check-in and check-out times are strict to allow us to properly clean and prepare the house for the next guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please note that a $150 fee will be charged for any late check-outs.

Stairs: Please note that our home has multiple sets of stairs. There are stairs at the front entrance, from the parking pad to the backyard, and inside the house to reach the second and third floors. Additionally, the staircase to the basement is narrow and steep, but all stairs are equipped with handrails for safety.

Families with Children: We’ve provided outlet plug covers, a pack n play, a sound machine, children’s dinnerware and silverware, books, and toys. However, please note that we do not provide high chairs, booster seats, baby monitors or baby gates, etc. The bunk bed in the third-floor loft can be a fall hazard, and with the stairs throughout the house, close supervision is required to keep little ones safe.
