The parking lot needs some work, drive slowly. The staff was great, but the hotel just feels old and worn. It’s a very convenient for anyone visiting Arnold/New Ken, and we slept well, and the bar in the hotel was great.

For the cost, the hotel is nice and conveniently located. The room we received was not the room scheduled for us since that room was not ready. The room we were given was in need of some repairs to the HVAC in-wall system.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel .will not be back there. The room had a smell of dirt the heater vents were broke so there was no control. Window shades were broke .I let clerk know but no satisfaction.
