Staff members very slow, did not honor my Service Dog needs. Asked us to leave while we were in our pajamas in bed. Owner said “ I do not care how far you have come to get here!” I don’t care if you came from London. It could have been handled differently It’s against the law for me to have to prove to you that I need my dog for medical reasons. My husband and I are 100 percent disabled Veterans and what a shame to be treated as such on Veterans Day!

No one ever came to the room to make beds or even fill up the toilet paper,had to go to the front desk for more toilet. Walked in the room big hole in the wall behind the door. Very noisy at all times of the night past 10pm even tho it was supposed to be quiet hours 10pm-6am, the noise rule needs to be more strict no workers ever roamed the floors to ensure the noise was to a minimum.

Nice place

This is a pretty nice place, comfortable beds, great staff with convenient highway access. Plenty of restaurants in the area within easy driving distance. I definitely recommend this location.
