"Nice hotel. Valet parking included is helpful. Breakfast was a mixed bag. It included hor food but it often wasn't actually hot. The only downside is that the entrance by the valet meant being hit with a strong smoke smell. While the hotel is smoke free at least once a guest down the hall was ignoring that."

"Our stay was great minus one thing. The Bengals were staying at the hotel for a game and the hotel shut down the elevators while they were checking in and barred every guest from accessing their rooms, which is illegal since there was no safety threat or emergency. I am currently pregnant and was just returning to the hotel to grab my things because I was not feeling well and needed to go to the hospital to be checked. I explained this to staff and was told “too bad”. One staff member, an extremely kind gentleman working at the front door, overheard and allowed me up to my room through a staff elevator to grab my things so I could get to the hospital."

"Very friendly staff from the time we arrived, until the time we departed. Clean lobby restrooms, rooms were clean, stocked with coffee and tea, water for Hilton members. safety was key they took serious. Valet staff were friendly and helpful with directions and getting our car in a timely manner. Front desk very friendly and helpful too from arrival until departure. We will definitely be back."

"The breakfasts were acceptable, though the supplies were not completely stocked ...but again, with a little wait, resupplies arrived. There was an electrical problem with the toaster, but it was repaired just after i finished breakfast. Ive stayed at holiday inn express elsewhere in the country, so i knew what was on faire...i might suggest that the breakfast hours be extended to 10 am...i had to contend with 2 bus groups which made things a bit more rushed than desired."
