Beautiful lake house located on open water with magnificent lake views. Property includes private boat house and docks for guests enjoyment. Home is located directly on Lake Bob Sandlin. Lots of extras including gazebo, boat ramp, boat house, and hot hub overlooking lake and sunset! Home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with large deck for entertaining and enjoying the unobstructed lake view! Home has the best sunset views in all of EastTexas! Fish are always biting on the private docks!

Property is very space efficient with plenty of room to enjoy family and friend time in common areas... or sneak away to your private room to curl up with a good book or binge watch your favorite show on netflix or dish tv which is included.

Home is true `lake living` so there is about 1/4 mile of gravel/dirt roads that must be driven upon arriving to the lakehouse. Drive with care if towing a boat or RV.

My wife and I rented the place so that the kids and grandkids could come spend the day with us on the lake. We docked our boat there. There is a great spot for all the little ones to swim and play. The place was super nice. Scott actually messaged us during our stay to ensure everything was outstanding and we were have a great time. There is a screened in porch where we sat to eat, while the kids were under a canopy on the outside area. Later that night, the kids made their s’mores and we sent everyone exhausted and sugared up! Can’t wait to gather here again next year!

Nice visit - need better directions

The property was great, though the directions to the property need to be more specific because Google Maps and other similar platforms do not have accurate mapping of roads in the vicinity and give misleading directions to the location.

Beautiful lake views new modern home we came for our one year wedding anniversary and it was amazing for pictures in my wedding dress with the lake and sunset. Cant wait to stay again.

Time capsule opening

We brought my husbands mother to watch them open a time capsule that her oldest son (now deceased) buried 50 years ago. We loved your place it was beautiful and peaceful and very relaxing. The road to your place could use some work.

Beautiful lake view

We had a great time ! Scott was an awesome owner. The view of the lake is incredible, and the fishing from the boat house was great . Can’t wait to go back !!!

Not for the elderly

Although property was nice and views were beautiful, as noted, when we arrived we were not at all sure the house had been cleaned after last visitors. There was trash in the trash cans and the bathrooms were not presented as cleaned. Just some added suggestions....keep essentials more well stocked...trash bags for one. Also, new sheets with deep pockets so they will stay on the beds. The entry to the house was hard for older people as the hand rail didn't go all the way to the top and that last step up to the porch is way to tall! We wanted to talk directly to the owner with our suggestions but could not reach him directy, only through VRBO site. Travel is very rough and on some roads scary! Once down to the house neighbors were okay but on the way down rather questionable.

The property is right on the water. Everything that they advertise is true. My husband and I kayak and there a was a nice spot by the house that was perfect for getting n the water. Everything in the house was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You do have to travel down red dirt roads to get to property. Surrounding neighborhood is lacking but neighbors by the property are very nice and keep their property clean. We’d definitely go back. Owners are nice and easy to get a hold of. We had no issues.
