"Did not use the laundry service. Did not have a room with a kitchen. Great bed, comfy linens, a good shower. A room with an open-able window and a nice view. Check in was quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will use Radisson Blu in the future."

"Room was nice but noticed shower would not have been good for the elderly or physically challenged as it is a tub with shower. Bathroom was large. Nice deep tub but big step over. View was city scape. Only real negative was that there were signs everywhere saying no outside food or drink is allowed in the room. But yet there was a fridge (with no honor bar) plus an ice bucket with wine corkscrew. Ice machine was just down the hall. Mixed message? Would have also liked to have had a small table and chairs in the room."
