"We had this place booked, but didn’t actually stay there, it is located on a bad side of the city, the parking lot was away from the building and it was littered with garbage and other unmentionable items, the less unfortunate and drug addicts were all around the front and area. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in understanding our concerns, he went above and beyond to contact Expedia and have our money returned so we could stay elsewhere"

"I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room & how everything was in its place as needed. The staff were eager to help & offer suggestions. Quiet & dark enough in the room with the occasional sirens & motorcycles that went by. The pool area could use some maintenance, other wise it was perfect with the hot tub & comfy surroundings. The exercise machines were top of the line."
