Nice stuff good location rooms are good

Nice place, but the carpets are badly worn down with some holes and runs in places. My room was nice, and comfortable, but was very musty smelling. The refrigerator kept things cool, but nowhere near cold. Not good in that heat and humidity. A microwave would've been handy for leftovers from meals, but without one I didn't take leftovers and food was wasted. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Great tasting food and many options across many ethnic palates. Every staff member I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

Great if you have a family of kids. Water park is amazing. Had to call front desk a few times to request towels. Bathroom shower had empty shower dispensers, the shower head also was oddly low. No iron in rooms. Everything else was nice even the buffet.

Services are awesome Room is clean and comfortable

This was my second stay at this hotel and I received an upgrade. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and easy access to dining and shopping. I would stay here again.
