The condo was clean and comfy. The location is ideal with close access to the beach and restaurants. The rooftop lounge and balcony were an added outside area space to relax. The large garage was perfect for an SUV with plenty of room for another smaller car.

We hope that the host was just as pleased with the way we left the property as we were when we arrived, because we HAVE to come back. The property and location were AMAZING! Especially when we discovered that the stairs on the 2nd floor led to a roof top terrace, firepit/BBQ. We immediately changed dinner plans for our 2nd evening and had to stay in to enjoy dinner on the roof!

Easy freeway and beach access. It was really nice to have a (huge) garage. The place was clean and had beach chairs and bikes.

We’ve been staying here since 2019, and it’s still our absolute favorite! We’ve tried a few other units in the same complex when this one wasn’t available, but we always come back to this one. It truly feels like a home away from home—comfortable, peaceful, and so quiet. The only thing that would make it even better would be having a Keurig instead of a standard coffee maker. We can’t wait to come back!

Just realize there’s lots of stairs. There is an elevator, but it was inoperable. Kitchen has the basic supplies. Had to call for hand towels and wash clothes, but they brought some, which we appreciated. This home was very nice, if the elevator worked I would rent again in a minute, but we are in our 70’s and the stairs were hard for us, which was our fault because stairs were in the description.

Spacious townhouse that was very quiet and very comfortable. Loved the large garage and general location was convenient to Pismo and San Luis Obispo.

Situated in a nice spot of Pismo. Walking distance to everything — especially the great cinnamon roll shop. Great to have a dedicated parking spot. Management was super quick to respond to a couple of questions. Unit was spacious and clean. My only note is for folks who prefer firm mattresses, you may struggle with the beds here as they are on the softer side. Great house for a large family or two couples to share.

Had a hard time getting in lockbox, and did not see remote for garage. Other then that all was great

Everything for us was great!

The property exceeded our expectations. The location was so nice. Being able to walk to the beach, pier, and shops was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
