It was close to the rail station. Place is needing a good renovation update. Annoyed didn't get room with walkin shower then had to move 2nd night. The walk in shower wasn't the biggest couldn't even bend down. Area a bit dark and intimidating. We used it mainly for a base. Plenty shops.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel in Pisa. The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the main train station, which made it incredibly easy for us to visit nearby cities during our trip. Just in front of the hotel, we could also catch the bus that took us directly to the city center, where the famous Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli are located. The staff was very kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast—it was simple, good and a perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel was a great base for exploring Pisa and the surrounding areas.

Fine room in a pinch

Fine room in a pinch. We were unable to get to Florence due to the rail strike so we went to Pisa instead. The hotel is older but adequate, comfortable beds and air conditioning worked well. There was a very shabby damaged table in the bathroom that should have been in the trash. Other than that, the place was comfortable.

The room was kind of beat up but the linens were clean and fresh, the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to the train station, and walked to airport easily through the neighborhood behind the train station. Definitely not luxurious, but fine for a quick overnight without spending a lot.

The Air conditioning didnt work and it was 37 degree. When I asked to change the room they said no, and that is only it, they didnt even try to compensate with a fan or something! Apart from that the room was ok/average , but the bathroom had a minimal shower space with a broken shower curtain. No 3-star hotel at all. the only good thing is that is in front of the station and walk distance of shopping stores

Very poor stay, I knew it wouldn’t be luxury stay, but the little they offer, it’s bad. The room was very hot, the AC wouldn’t work after a long time, I got in touch with the front desk and the guy pressed a button and it came on, but it did not cool the room. Breakfast was bad, I asked for eggs, the front desk he said he would bring, but after 20 minutes, I went back to him, he said it would take 20 minutes to cook them, we waited 45 minutes for 4 boiled eggs. The coffee was terrible. And, I got a parking ticket for parking where the front desk guy told me to park.

Worst hotel experience

Air condition was not working well. When we complained they gave us a fan that wasn’t enough. The room was so small. You could hardly get into the shower. We requested to be transferred to another room. They said all rooms were taken. We learned the following day that it was not true and that the air condition was working better in another room. We demanded a refund and we were planning to go to another hotel. They said there was no refund. We had to bear the heat 30 that became 32 degrees until the following morning. It was the worst hotel experience we had.

Will not come back!

Hotel is worn out. First room we got was part of their central AC system and could not keep the room at a normal temperature, and when we asked for a solution the staff told us that we just needed to wait for the AC to do its work. After the first night and letting the AC work on 100% we asked to change room but were told that the hotel was fully booked. Only after packing our bags and promptly declaring that we were not going to pay for the remaining nights, we were offered a room with its own AC system. The furniture is worn, mold spots in the bathrooms, beds are very hard, water leaks in the corridor, from the spotlight!!! Obviously an fire hazard. Use this as your last resort if anything.

Pisa in May

Check in at the hotel was good but had been traumatic earlier that day due to systems processing visa had complications which almost cancelled my reservation. This was not a good start, however, Margarita at Reception worked so hard to resolve for me when I telephoned her from the airport just before boarding my flight. Margarita is a total star, such a lovely person, so helpful with local knowledge. My room was good, comfortable. The bathroom very small but I was alone so worked out fine. There are safe boxes at Reception which are handy for small deposit items like your documents and cash. The breakfast is basic continental and if you need to be straight out to begin your day, a good option. Pisa Centrale is a couple of minutes walk so very handy. Area has plenty of shops and restaurants close. 20 mins walk to Leaning Tower and Piazza di Miracles. I would stay again.

It is a very old hotel with very old furniture. Of course, I was not expecting too much cause it is a 3 star hotel, actually i would rate it with 1 star. It is very dirty, which is a huge problem to me. We found DIRTY sheets the first day dhe they didnt change them even we told various times. The pillow was DIRTY too. Not comfortable either. They dont give enough shampoo in the room. Some days they didnt put even one little bottle. One of the recepsionist, an old lady, wasnt welcoming not at all. We travel a lot, mostly in 3 star hotel but this hotel was very far of a comfortable stay. The elevator was extremely small,the smallest i have seen. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The property is ranked 4 star but the service and the room is very poor. I booked a double room for 1 adult and 2 toddlers. I was given a single room with 2 single bed joined together to create a double bed. Very uncomfortable cause the bed kept shifting and I had to keep pushing it back together to prevent my kids from falling. The room was very hot and when I ask the staff to provide me a remote to on the Air condition he said that the AC is not working. My kids were bitten all over their body by mosquitoes cause they’ve got no protection against mosquitoes and since the AC is not working had to sleep with the window open. The was very small and uncomfortable. There was no toilet roll in the room and had to go get one 6am in the morning cause my child needed the toilet. I couldn’t sleep because there was a terrible noise coming from the mini bar fridge in the room. I am so disappointed because the hotel has a good potential due to the position. Very close to train station and to the airport. My disappointment was also experiencing the ignorance of the owner of the hotel who heard me speaking Italian and asked me what country I am from. I confirmed that I am Italian and she went ahead a state that she was asking as she could only see a black woman. I didn’t escalate it due to my children being around and didn’t want to give her ignorance any attention. I was charged 100 euro per night plus extra 15 euro for staying tax. The property is not worth the money and star.
