Service and facilities were good, especially for the price we paid for the b&b. Was clean and others there was friendly. Helped us with storing our bags until later in the day which gave us a longer day of exploring Pisa. Would recommend.

Friendly staff. Basic somewhat dated rooms. But this is reflected in the price. Excellent facilities especially fully equipped kitchen for self cooking. A little away from the center but near a cheaper supermarket.

Well when i walked in i didnt get a good feeling! They were 2 air conditioning 1 was unplugged and the other was top room! But by having a remote control, didnt know to which air conditioning would work. However i made a comment about the air conditioning, i suddenly got this text saying thatvit worked, i was rude about because i didnt not ask! How can someone judge a guest by that!! So the hospitality wadnt vety welcoming! Most of the time there was no-one there to ask anything! So never again!😐

Communication with the host was good but they don’t let you use the air conditioning even though they say it’s included. The room was too hot and there was no airflow from the window. “Breakfast” is packaged pastries and crackers. Nothing substantial. Everything could use an update.

Terrible place, hygiene very poor, room stuffy and smelly as mentioned on Google comments already, maybe bugs, management rude. Place is far from everything with poor transportation if you don’t have a car.

The host was brilliant, welcoming and helpful. We wasn’t expecting to be sharing a bathroom with other guests but it was ok. The area is quite expensive to get to/from via taxi so your best bet is to buy bus tickets from the train station/tobacco shops. There was a selection of grab and go breakfast snacks for us if we needed them. Air con was abit temperamental but worked in the end. All in all not a bad stay for the price and a good budget option if you’re staying in Pisa for a couple days like we did

Cheap but for a reason

I was in room #5: The pro: - it's CHEAP. Like only slightly more expensive than a decent hostel dorm bed. You can't take that out of context given the rest of this review. The cons: - the towel I was given was damp (might have been washed though) - the bed smells like sweat - the bed had crumbs on/in it - the communal bathroom can enter my room through a hatch, and my room can see into the communal bathroom through a hole where there used to be a light. This means you can hear everything in the toilet (farting, shaving, flushing etc) - many people in the hotel seem to be migrant labourers, which makes sense as it's cheap temporary accomodation - the "key" to my room doesn't have any teeth on it so I imagine it's not very secure

Несмотря на то, что цена не велика, но ваш отдых может быть испорчен неработающим кондиционером, отдаленностью от центра, старым жильём, комарами. Не рекомендую. Не понравилось. Опишу детальнее: Во-первых, инструкции по заселению были предоставлены после того как мы прибыли на место. Пришлось специально уточнять порядок заселения и ждать. Во-вторых, кондиционер не включается при помощи пульта. В 11 вечера мы обратились к администратору с жалобой по этому поводу и каким-то чудесным образом в 3 часа ночи кондиционер включился на пару часов. На второй день было тоже самое. Без кондиционера в такую жару находиться в помещении находиться очень тяжело, а спать тес более, так как единственное окно выходит на оживленную дорогу, которая очень шумная даже ночью. Кроме того, сетка от комаров и мошек дырявая, мы были очень сильно покусаны. В третьих, вечером добраться на автобусе из центра проблематично, поскольку автобусы не всегда по графику ходят. Интервалы могут достигать 30-40 минут.
