Charming, a bit old fashioned and quirky this is a comfortable and very Tahitian alternative to the more corporate Tahiti hotels. Our room had everything we needed for a 1 night post cruise stay and we enjoyed the pool, bar and restaurant. It was also pleasant to sit on our terrace with a drink viewing the lovely tropical gardens, with the birds and chickens.

La grandeur des chambres et leur propreté étaient impeccables et confortables. La piscine creusée excellente avec vue sur la montagne. Végétation mature avec plusieurs arbres à fruits. Personnel serviable, attentionné, aimable. Restaurant très beau sur le bord de l’eau et très bon. Que 2 petits bémols: petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre et air climatisé pas très puissants. Nous avons adoré nos 2 jours au Royal Tahitien!

It was a last minute booking I came in a day earlier the hotel was very responsive gave me all the information I needed and ensure that someone would be at the front desk after 11:00 p.m. to check me in. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable it's a lovely pool and breakfast was nice I also sat on the patio and had a drink before I left I would highly recommend

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was our very first night in French Polynesia, and everything was so easy and stress-free thanks to the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The property has a beautiful tropical garden filled with palm trees and even friendly roosters, which made the atmosphere feel authentic and peaceful. It was the perfect place to start our Polynesian adventure. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Breakfast is a total rip off. $30 per person for a the continental breakfast! $50 for a regular breakfast! And both are pretty lame. Room was big and clean. No real beach, Not convenient to downtown. If you are staying outside of town, go somewhere else that has a beach and reasonable food.

The hotel was a great value for the money. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were excellent and very accommodating. They went above and beyond particularly with our food allergies and helping us get our ferry to Moorea. Rooms were clean but bathrooms could use some updating. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

I booked a ground floor room, with kitchen. Such a good choice, we bought food from Carrefour and eat it during our week long stay. The huge window view from the garden was to die for. Clean big room, with AC, free parking, good pool. I will come back to this hotel!

One of the few hotels that are right on the ocean without being a pricey resort. Nice grounds, pool, restaurant, and chickens!

Everything was fantastic here, staff, room size, bathroom and such a comfortable bed. I was treated so good, help was there at the ready for me to have a fantastic stay at their hotel. I will recommend it to others and stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our two day stay, we found jojo pizza a 5 min walk away and they had the best burgers. The hotel had a lovely pool and access to the black sand beach. The roosters did their job but did not bother us, we fell back asleep quickly. The AC unit sounded like an old washing machine so we hope that will get fixed for the next people. All in all we surely will stay here again. The staff was very friendly
