「Ruhiges großes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, gute Klimaanlage, ordentliche Betten und modernes Bad. Sehr angenehmer Bereich rund um einen sehr großen Pool mit guten Liegen und Rasenflächen - auch mit Schatten. Frühstück für 5-Sterne ausbaufähig, z.B. nur zwei unterschiedliche verpackte Marmeladen, Obstauswahl ordentlich - aber nicht für die 5-Sterne etc. Kein Haus für einen längeren Urlaub, da der Stadtstrand an dieser Stelle jetzt nicht so anziehend wirkt - und dahinter die Straße verläuft.」

「1920 Classic is situated excellently in the centre of Kalamata! The place was beautiful, beds were comfy and it was well maintained with restaurants, markets and plenty of more things to see/explore. It was not too far from the boardwalk (30 min walk) . Although we only stayed for a night, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the Kalamata area!」

「Great location, beautiful view of the bay, excellent amenities. But, the hotel rooms smell a little musty, and the beach area with the umbrellas and the long chairs needs to be cleaned daily and some work to make it more appealing to the eye. From the beach, if you look up towards the hotel, you see the rusty metal supporting the walkway above, the stairs to the beach need work, and the shower is partially broken and almost collapsing.」

「The indoor space was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The view was spectacular and the fireplace was ready with everything we needed to have a cozy evening by firelight. Church bells ringing, roosters crowing, chickens clucking, a cat that enjoyed curling up in your lap, and a dog that loved attention, and a nearby corner store all added to the sense of small village peacefullness. We really enjoyed this place and would gladly come again.」

「Breakfast quality needs improvement . Eggs tasted funny. Bread wasn’t the best quality. We had no turn down service one night. we asked for several things from the housekeeping to be brought to our room and it was took very long The pool staff does not understand English」

「Perfekte Lage in der Stadt, liegt ideal zwischen Altstadt und dem neueren Teil der Stadt; sehr nahe zum Stadtbus für den Strand. Frühstück wunderbar, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll. Sehr schöne Räume mit individuell ausgewählter Ausstattung. Äusserst nette Besitzer, sehr hilfsbereit und präsent. Sogar Parkplatz war vorhanden trotz autofreier Gegend. Wir würden in kein anderes Hotel in Kalamata gehen wollen.」

「Only problem and I think I also read it from another review was parking. Very difficult to find parking and navigate narrow streets. Other than that this place was spacious and very walkable to coffee places and restaurants in the town square. Half hour walk to waterfront and restaurants there.」

「The hotel room had a nice view and was great for a weekend. The room was a bit small for 2 people. Also, there was parking, but it could be used by others for the adjacent playground, so parking was tough during the later hours. Overall, great place by the sea in the areas near shopping and restaurants.」

「We booked for three nights bit after checking in and spending the first night we decided to leave. Noisy rooms on street side. Noisy interior with no isolation between rooms . Sleepless nights. Bad experience」
