Casa Wales provided all of this; a beautiful, very old farmhouse lovingly restored set amidst rolling hills, and surrounded by mountain top villages. It was like finding a little piece of heaven and a very busy world. Iian and Judith were very responsive in a timely manner to any questions we had. Would highly recommend."

"Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. "This was really a fun place to stay. Right on the edge of the city center so very quiet, and on a large piece of land just below the Rocca Minore. Easy access to hiking trails and everything in Assisi."

"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"We enjoyed every day in and around the house! The house is well equipped and comfy, wonderful garden to relax. Region is just great for road bicycling (start from the house) and hiking (in the surroundings)."

"Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is the perfect place for children and the pool is a big hit. The setting is absolutely stunning (think Lake District with warm weather) and the owners and property manager extremely welcoming."

"A more beautiful house would be hard to imagine! The view is amazing, the grounds beautiful and the house well stocked with essentials including soap and toilet paper. A bit of a rough driveway but only 15 minutes from Assisi. The most wonderful and accommodating hosts. We hope to return! "

"We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes. "

"Our group of 16 (a mixture of adults and grown up children) had an amazing week at Casa Benessere. The photos of the property do not do it justice as the views of the Sibillini mountains were beautiful. We love Le Marche - it's like Tuscany and Umbria but also has the mountains and the sea. We hired a boat with a skipper from Numana (Conero Fun boat) along the Conero Peninsula and hiked in the Sibillini mountains, both highlights of our trip. It was great to have all ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for a large group. The pool was a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all. We hope we can return to this beautiful area some day. "
