環境乾淨舒適，管家回應速度很快。 雖然沒有自己的停車場，但附近走路2-3分鐘就有停車場，附近用餐選擇多，離太平洋百貨及景點勝利星村都很近。

鬧區中寧靜休息空間

非常適合在參與屏東縣立體育館舉辦活動，找到位在體育館距離很近，隱藏在鬧區靜巷民宿，周邊食、交通及停車場都非常方便，該民宿採自助式入住，有住宿諮詢需求，在提供官方溝通管道都很快得到管家的回覆，且在提供自助入住說明與步驟很清楚，讓入住非常便利無礙。 在炎熱屏東地區，體貼提供足夠補充水分飲品等，在check in前就先冷房，讓在炎熱屏東感受老闆經營自助入住的體貼與用心。 住宿設施有用心安排，空間充分運用，內部隔音效果好非常安靜，適合怕吵需要好好休息的旅行者。
