I like that there were a few extras-shampoo, shower gel, shaving cream. The kitchen had coffee & filters availabe & a few basic seasonings. "Our family met here to go to the park for a birthday celebration. This was about 20 min from the park, but very convenient to groceries, restaurants, etc. One thing to note, reviews had said this is a quiet neighborhood, but we found various very noisy cars in the area throughout each night. Sounded like street racing? There were a few issues with the bedding arrangement and kitchen supplies, but I contacted the owner who said it would be addressed and update the VRBO post."

"Nice home with space well used for a large group. Easily sleeps the 15 advertised with double occupancy in queen beds. Take a few blankets though, because there was little to no extra bedding for the futons. There were lots of pillows, so it is possible the extra blankets were being washed. At any rate, we planned ahead and took extra blankets. Seems to be a nice neighborhood with easy access to the property. I have also worked with the host, Orlando, several times and he always does a good job....
