「Place is clean and staff is nice but the breakfast lady was late and I had been waiting for them to open so i could get on the road. Since she was late i just bought something to eat at circle K and hit the road. Dissapointed. 」

「Enjoyed our stay very much! We had an early check in at 11am for only an additional $25. We were in Pinetop for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable, and room was very clean. Breakfast had a nice assortment of selections, but don't pass up the coffee! It's made there in Pinetop, the Apache Blend Dark Roast was amazing! For an older hotel, it's very well kept and fits right into the gorgeous surroundings.」

「Fun place to stay, the coffee shop is great with excellent service. Our airstream unit was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Our only issue was the check out at 10:00 am. That is early, and we had assumed it to be at 11:00. (Our mistake!) At 10:01, someone was advising us we had to leave. He could have definitely been nicer about it and a little more accommodating; there were just a couple units occupied, we just wished that would have been handled differently.」
