Unique, idyllic flat. Roomy, pleasantly natural, light and with the feeling of the sea in your own living room. Enjoy breakfast or lunch, watch the sunset, read or have a siesta while the sea breeze caresses your skin… It is a blurry line that separates indoor and outdoor in this light and roomy flat, with a view of the sea always close at hand and a cosy and relaxed atmosphere throughout. The beautiful and natural style of this flat creates a deliciously peaceful space where a restful white is the main visual element, with natural hues and some turquoise details, and vintage furniture.

The refurbishment carried out worked on linking the indoor spaces and establishing a symbiosis with the marine landscape.

We had a great stay at Emma’s apartment. Emma was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.I stayed here with two friends while preparing for the nearby Iron Man event, and the apartment was perfect for that. It is spacious, clean, and has a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. The beach view is definitely the highlight, just as beautiful as in the pictures.There is also a nice little room for doing laundry if you need to wash or change clothes, and having two separate bathrooms was really convenient. Emma left a lovely welcome note and a bottle of wine, which was a very nice touch. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, making it a very convenient location.All in all, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are in the area.

Calella Barcelona Ironman

Great location right on the sea front with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. And a lovely walk of a couple of km’s into Calella. Ironman runners go right past the apartment. Apartment was well equipped.

Perfect Pineda

I can't say enough good things about this apartment! Located ocean-view (beach is across the street) in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the furniture very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The layout was ideal for sharing with another couple with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment for privacy. This was a working vacation and the wifi was reliable and fast. Pineda was good location to explore this part of Spain. I loved it here and hope to return!

We stayed for two months. We loved the apartment. The view was outstanding! The apartment very nice and comfortable. We ate the majority of meals at home and had the tools needed. Pineda was a great town - just the right size. The train station is a 5 minute walk. This place had what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Wondeful apartment, great place to stay!

Wonderful spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the beach. Spotlessly clean. We stayed here for the ironman and it was a great location close to local shops and right next to the station which was great gor getting to calella or barcelona. Hope to come back one day!

Appartement parfait pour quelques jours

Indications pour récupérer les clés sans problème, appartement conforme à la description et aux photos, propre, bien agencé et bonne surface pour 6 personnes. Pas de clim mais possibilité de faire courant d'air permettant de rafraîchir un peu les espaces. Terrasse pas forcément étudié pour manger a plusieurs. Quelques nuisances sonores liées au passage des trains sur la voie ferrée qui longe le front de mer, mais caractéristique de tout la côte sur Pineda et alentours. Séjour sans surprise vis a vis de l'annonce, bon rapport qualité prix.

Lovely seaside suite

We loved our week in Emma's beautiful suite. There is nothing like having your daily breakfast overlooking the ocean. It was very roomy and we also appreciated the laundry, parking spot, and welcome refreshments. Emma was easy to communicate with whenever I had questions. The neighborhood is quiet and all you need is easily gotten by walking, but a car was nice to explore the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay there again.

Ideal location outside Barcelona

My wife and I were visiting Spain and the costa brava for the first time. We stayed at Emma’s place for a month, in February. We did not want to be in the city as we like to explore and prefer a quieter setting. Emma’s condo in Pineda de Mar was perfect for us with a lot more space than the two of us really needed. Checkin and communications were easy at all times. The condo has all amenities you’ll need and the internet is fast. The building itself is quiet and clean and right on the boulevard facing the beach. The included parking space is also a great plus with limited on street parking. We had considered a couple of other options in Calella and Lloret, places we also visited during our vacations. Absolutely no regret as parking in both those towns is very scarce. I cannot imagine how it must be there during the summer period. Pineda de Mar is also filled with many cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Make sure to visit Pepet2 restaurant for some of the best tapas anywhere including Barcelona. The place is filled with locals every evening, a sign you’re in the right place. We would stay at Emma’s place again.

Très bon séjour !

Agréable appartement, parfaitement conforme à la description, parfaitement propre. Jolie décoration. Vue exceptionnelle du séjour et des chambres. Seul petit bémol assez compliqué de se garer sur la place de parking ( bien vérifier la taille du véhicule, les informations sont précisées par la propriétaire), ce qui ne fut pas gênant pour nous car il y a des places gratuites partout dans la rue à cette époque.

Lovely property and location

The apartment was bright spacious and overlooked the sea. Lovely places to eat nearby. The station is a few minutes walk away for travel along the coast and was also the meeting point for 2 trips we do to Montserrat and Rupit and Besalu. Emma was the perfect host, very helpful with all our enquiries. Would recommend a stay here.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Der Meerblick ist ein Traum. Leider hupt die Bahn bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut, da kurz vor dem Bahnhof Pineda ein Fußgänger Übergang ist und das abbremsen erzeugt ein schreckliches quitschen. Auch das Meer ist durch einen speziell erzeugten Schall sehr laut. Wenn man das Fenster schließt, ist es im Zimmer sehr heiß!

Exzellente Lage, moderne Ausstattung, Komfort, Platzangebot, Angenehme Besitzer

Meine Frau, Ich und meine beide Töchtern (8 und 4) haben hier wunderbare 2 Wochen genossen. Aufwachen mit einer unverbauten Sicht aufs Meer. Stundenlanger Badespass mit den Kids und dafür einfach nur über die Strasse gehen. Mehrere Ausflüge nach Barcelona und dafür war die Lage des Bahnhofs (150m-200m vom Appartement) genial! Mit dem Bus dessen Haltestelle direkt am Bahnhof gelegen ist, sind wir problemlos zum Marineland gefahren (ca. 30 Min Fahrt). Restaurants waren genug da, Mehrere Kiosks um die Ecke und ein "Spar" ist auch ca 600-700m vom Objekt entfernt zu finden. Last but not least, die Freundlichkeit und Schnelligkeit mit der Emma die Gastgeberin alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen vor und während des Aufenthalts geantwortet bzw. gelöst hat Alles in einem, eine gute Wahl!
