「Absolutely zero complaints. This was our 2nd time in Portofino and will continue to come back. I’m also saving this listing for future vacations. 「Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. 」

「Overall, it was a good stay. This place could be excellent with a little tweaking. The property is super cute. The house was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures describe. The finishes in the house are nice and give it an elevated feel. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at night to wind down before bed and the screened in porches! We ate every meal on the patio.
