"This was a very pleasant stay in a great location, ideal for where we were travelling. I had read some iffy reviews but happy to report that we need not have worried. The room was clean, the shower had been recently upgraded and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of choice. "This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it."
