Welcome to THE PEARL, The Little Log Cabin in the woods! Near The Brainerd Lakes.
- Two-bedroom, 1-bathroom log home on 7 wooded acres.
- Situated in the woods. Peace and Quiet surround every corner.
- Wrap around deck leading to barrel SAUNA and down to firepit area.
- Pillsbury State Forest right around the corner, bike paths, hiking, and more!
The home has the following:
- Main floor bedroom has a king bed. Deck off master bedroom.
- The second bedroom on the second floor/loft has a queen bed. The loft also has a daybed with a trundle. The area has windows with views of the woods surrounding the property.
- The kitchen has beautiful hickory cabinets with granite tops and is fully stocked. From spices to all cooking supplies.
- The fireplace/living room has a fantastic huge rustic wood fireplace made with rock that stretches up to the second floor.
- There are two TVs- one in the living room and one in the second floor in the loft. Both are smart TVs for streaming apps.
- Plenty of entertaining supplies, wood for the fireplace and firepit, games, the works.
- The home has a front-covered deck, enjoy your morning coffee from the rockers, and your wine in the evening while relaxing to the sounds of nature.
- Wrap around deck leads to barrel SAUNA and a couple steps off the deck is the wood fire pit and chairs. (wood provided for you)
- Great location. Right outside Pillager and a short drive to all the Brainerd Lakes area. Pillsbury State Forest right down the road.
- The property has plenty of room to have a trailer/boat to bring to any of the nearby lakes.

Dogs are welcome. Bags for easy clean up after them provided. Please be sure pets are noted in booking/checkout/fee section. (thank you!)

Quiet getaway

We truly had a great experience at this cute little log cabin. It was very clean and comfortable and the sauna was the perfect touch. The hosts were easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely a place we would stay at again if in the area.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

This cabin exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect spot. The host had great communication, the property was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the layout was perfect for privacy from our two kids when needed. We 100% will be back. I was a bit nervous going into this because I am typically pretty frugal, and splurged to stay here, but this property was worth every penny.

This cabin is so cute, nicely decorated, and had a lot of charm. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well-stocked with more spices than we have at home! Nice touches were a complimentary bottle of wine, Pellegrino water in the fridge, coffee (both ground and beans), and candy on the counter. Very nice and comfortable furniture. Plenty of wood for a fire. Would highly recommend!

Log cabin charm with great ammenities

The cabin was great. While being small, it is very comfortable. 2 living rooms and 2 bedrooms. The owners did a great job making sure that everything you may need is there. They did a great job of combining old log home feel with very nice modern updates.

Fantastic property and hosts

Highly recommend!!! This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location made us feel very remote and secluded, but was close to great parks for hiking, amenities of Brainerd and great horseback riding 5 minutes away. The property is incredibly well appointed with all the things we could want, it’s very quaint and the nice little touches by the hosts was great appreciated. Communication from the hosts was awesome and very timely.

Northern vacation

My family plus my corgi enjoyed our week of resting at this lovely quiet cabin. We went to three state parks close to the cabin. We enjoyed the fire pit, the sauna and walking along the road next to the property. And the stars at night were easy to see from the front yard. I especially loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chair as my corgi sniffed along the edges of the forest.

It was really good. Could use some rails around the steps to get in and out up and down.

Had a little problems getting up on the deck and in the house and there should be a hamper in the bathroom for the dirty towels so we don’t have to lay them on the floor just idea but we had a good time

Adorable little log cabin

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while our kids were at sleep away camp nearby. We absolutely loved the cozy little cabin! The little touches like fresh coffee beans and a grinder, bottle of good red wine and fully stocked kitchen and spices made our stay extra special! Bonus that the cabin was pet friendly and our dog could join us! We enjoyed a campfire every night (they provide the wood) and the private location. We saw deer and hummingbirds on property and enjoyed reading and relaxing on the porch. We took advantage of local activities including a round of golf at Cragun’s and mountain biking at Cuyuna recreation area. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Restart

The property was a wonderful place to relax, renew and restart your mind and body. We needed an escape from reality after months of anxiety and stress over health, family and business matters. We felt we were far far away from our normal life. Would have enjoyed more places to eat close by so we didn't have to cook. I would definitely return but it was too much quietness for my husband. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to truly get away from it all.

Perfect Little Cabin

The cabin was perfect! Beautifully set in the woods, but close enough to attractions and shopping if needed. It was neat and furnished with everything we needed, plus some sweet extra touches. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! The hosts were quick to respond to questions.

This place reminded me so much of my grandmother’s cabin in Pequot Lakes! So homey! The kitchen was great and the bed was comfy.We woke to birds and took several walks up the road.The chocolate was the perfect touch.

Lovely trip

The cabin was beautiful hosts left clear instructions for the features like the fireplace and sauna. The house was in great shape and fully stocked with the usual essentials, but went above and beyond with the extras in the kitchen. Would 100% stay again
