  • When you visit San Pedro del Pinatar, make sure to take a wall up the pier near the old wind mill. At the end there's another one. You could go further but you'd walk into the sea. This pier is one of the arms that almost close the Mar Menor. You should time it so that you walk back when the sun starts to set. Seeing the sun set behind the houses, the mountains and into the sea is wonderful.

Mooie grote woning met een prachtig uitzicht!

Wij verbleven in oktober 3,5 week in Antonio zijn huis. Het is een mooi ruim huis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 nieuwe badkamers, waarvan 1 in de garage. Grote woonkeuken en tuin met dakterras, er is genoeg ruimte om de zon of schaduw op te zoeken. Uitzicht is prachtig!! Via een korte wandeling begeef je je in het prachtige natuurgebied Las Salinas. Communicatie met Antonio en ontvangst door zijn vrouw als prettig ervaren. Parkeren is overal in de straat mogelijk, een wat kleinere auto past in de garage. In de straat erachter zit een kleine supermarkt en op loopafstand enkele bars/restaurants. Bedankt Antonio voor het verblijf!

Emplacement de choix

Nous avons passé 1 mois dans la maison d'Antonio et nous l'avons beaucoup aimée! Antonio et sa mère sont des hôtes adorables et très attentionnés. Ils ont répondu rapidement à nos demandes. La maison est grande, confortable, bien équipée et tres bien située, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons assisté à des jolis levés de soleil! La terrasse sur le toit de garage permet de profiter de soleil même lors des journées fraiches de février. Quel joli séjour! Merci Antonio!

The house is beautifully located with the sea right outside the living room window and the beach close by. The private roof terrace in the garage is a big plus. The house is a bit cold in winter but there is a fireplace and gas heating. All in all, a uniquely charming house with a large and nice kitchen and renovated bathroom.

Wonderfull house in the 1-st. row to the sea

This is a very nice and cozy house, well furnished, with newly and fully equipped kitchen (including plenty of spices and a collection of teas!), two bathrooms and a rather big backyard with sunbeds and garden furniture. One of the bathrooms is situated in the garage outside the main house, but it's even better so, because you don't have to wait your turn, if you are 3-5 people. We have enjoyed our 15 days stay there very much (despite the great waterflood in the region during this time). Special thanks to the owner Antonio for the warm and friendly wellcome and wonderfull communication!

Auténtico relax

Huset var praktisk med nytt kjøkken. Vi var 8 og kunne ha ønsket oss en oppvaskemaskin. Det var en kjekk bakhage hvor man kunne sitte hvis det blåste for mye i front. Velegnet for rullestolbrukere å komme til og fra flott sandstrand. Varmt om nettene da det manglet A/C, men allikevel et sted man kunne komme tilbake til. Dessverre lang vei til supermarked hvis man ikke har bil. Stille og fint sted.

Ett härligt läge på huset. Ett välfungerande kök, saknade dock diskmaskin. Fräscht badrum. Bra att det var två toaletter och duschar. Ett stort minus dock att det inte fanns Air-condition. Mvh Ulla med familj.

Wunderbare, große Villa direkt am Strand

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Antonios Villa am Strand. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer war unschlagbar und abends konnte man sehr gemütlich im sehr großen Hinterhof sitzen. Der Empfang durch Antonios Mutter war auch wirklich sehr nett, die Villa war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden sofort noch einmal hierher kommen!

Fantastic Beachfront Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at Antonios lovely beachfront home. Antonio and his family met us and shown us around, very impressed with house especially lovely new kitchen! Loved our stay in El mojon enjoyed the quietness & tranquility, handy supermarket and couple of bars just round the corner. Would love to visit again.

Fantastic property in awesome location

It is really close to the sandy beaches, in what was a quiet location when we visited in early April. We loved sitting for breakfast on the verandah at the front watching the waves and weren't bothered by the occasional passer-by. The areas to the back of the property include two areas for sitting and a great area on top of the garage for sun bathing and drying the washing that we were able to do using the machine in the garage. Antonio was a knowledgeable host who sent us electronic advice for suitable short trips, including a visit to the city of Cartagena, and a place where we could hire bicycles. He also directed us to the world's best ice cream parlour just a half hour walk along the beach to the north. We arrived very late, but his parents came and showed us around the property, and although they had hardly any English, we appreciated their guided tour - demonstrating where we couldn't communicate in words! A few days later they left a huge bag of huge lemons at the door, and we made fresh lemonade to go with the next meal we prepared in the well equipped brand new kitchen. The property is well equipped, but a vacuum would perhaps have been more use than a brush to clear up the sand that we trailed into the house. One piece of equipment we needed was a tin opener, but we rectified this.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer. Perfekt für lange Strandwanderungen im Naturpark der Salinas

Wir haben in dem Haus mit 6 Personen einen wunderbaren Osterurlaub verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in traumhafter Lage. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse von der Morgensonne angestrahlt, haben wir den Blick aufs Meer genossen. Der Innenhof lädt ein zu romantischen Abenden, man findet auf dem schönen Grundstück vor und hinter dem Haus Sonne oder Schatten, ganz wie man es sich wünscht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das großzügig angelegte Haus insbesondere für Familien empfehlen. Die große Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alle Möglichkeiten zum Kochen, Backen, Braten. Sehr praktisch sind auch die 2 Bäder. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man lange Strandwanderungen Unternehmen. Sehr aromatisch sind die Zitronen, die uns die liebenswerte Mutter unseres Gastgebers vorbeigebracht hat. Schönes Ferienhaus an der Strandpromenade

Großes Ferienhaus mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und Blick aufs Meer, sehr großer Küche mit neuer Einrichtung, Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Antonio, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hundefreundlich! Leider gab es zu unserem Aufenthalt einen Wintereinbruch mit heftigem, kaltem Wind und tiefen Temperaturen, so dass wir den Außenbereich (Hof, Terrasse) kaum nutzen konnten. Im Haus zog es durch einige undichte Fenster. Der Vermieter stellte uns einen Gasofen zum Heizen zur Verfügung. Bei "normalen" Temperaturen hätten wir wahrscheinlich eine ideale Urlaubswoche gehabt.

Tranquil beyond belief ...

Excellent property, only a few metres from a clean beach...some expected seaweed but no real concern. Beaches can be had to the left and right as you exit the property. Promenading is a regular and joyous pastime at any time of day. Restaurants are very close by. Property benefits from good space and sound proofed walls making it a peaceful environment. Outdoor space at the property is plentiful and the Sun is captured on all sides of the property throughout the day. All expected amenities are in place, washing machine, microwave,large fridge and WiFi is excellent. Senor Antonio is a well informed host and a pleasure to deal with. A superb holiday and one to be repeated.

Der 1 Million Dollar Blick

Tolle Lage Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge Waren Mitte März bis Ende April vor Ort Viel Platz innen und im Aussenbereich, immer Sonne und Schatten vorhanden. Haus schon älter aber alles bestens, neue Bäder Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Jederzeit wieder !!!!!!!!!!

Sehr gutes Domizil

Wir waren Anfang Januar eine Woche in dem angegebenen Haus. Nicht nur die Lage des Hauses machten den Urlaub unvergessen. Sehr netter Vermieter und eine super Ausstattung des Hauses. Gerne wieder!
