Modern Escape at Harvey's Hideaway Haven is a contemporary retreat that offers all the comforts of home in a compact and stylish package. (160 sq. ft. of living space)



At Harvey's Hideaway Haven, you'll be immersed in nature, surrounded by the beauty of the wilderness. While this offers a peaceful escape, please be aware that you may encounter local wildlife, including bugs, bees, and other creatures that share this natural setting.



Located just 9 miles from PMC, Upike and the Expo center!



The Space:

This custom built tiny home on wheels includes a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. There is no bedroom, it is a studio design.



There is no cell phone reception at this location, Wi-Fi calling is the only way that you will be able to make a call.



The kitchen area includes a versatile microwave that also functions as an air fryer, convection oven, and broiler. You'll find a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plates and utensils. We provide all linens, including sheets and towels, so you can arrive worry-free and ready to enjoy your stay at Modern Escape!



Our outdoor area at Harvey’s Hideaway Haven is shared by guests in all 4 units and is a perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings by the fire pit while sitting on our unique benches, made from cinder blocks and wood, adding a rustic touch to the space.



The centerpiece is a charming gazebo, complete with Tiki torches, a grill for outdoor cooking, a porch swing for a leisurely afternoon, and outdoor furniture for lounging. Whether you're gathering with the other guests or enjoying a quiet moment, this outdoor space offers the perfect setting to unwind and take in the beauty of the natural surroundings.



At Harvey's Hideaway Haven, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of being surrounded by nature while staying just 3 miles from restaurants and shopping. It’s the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and convenient access to modern amenities, offering the best of both worlds.



There is a Ring doorbell that covers the front porch and your parking spot.



Each unit at Harvey’s Hideaway Haven includes parking for one vehicle. If you plan to bring more than one vehicle or a trailer, please contact me prior to booking to make necessary arrangements.

The Neighborhood:

Harvey’s Hideaway Haven is tucked away in a peaceful, private area surrounded by nature. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and the sounds of the city are replaced by the rustling of trees and birdsong. You won’t find many neighbors here—just a few homes scattered throughout the hills, giving you the space to relax, unwind, and truly disconnect.



Don’t be surprised if you spot deer grazing nearby, turkeys crossing the road, squirrels playing in the trees, or a rabbit hopping through the yard. Wildlife is a regular part of life out here—and that’s part of what makes it so special.



But keep in mind, you’re in nature. That means you may also run into bugs from time to time—so we always recommend keeping the doors closed and packing a little bug spray just in case.



This is a place where you can breathe deep, slow down, and enjoy the simple peace that only the outdoors can offer.



Other Things to Note:

When traveling to and from our cabins at Harvey's Hideaway Haven, please use caution as the area is home to abundant wildlife. It's not uncommon to encounter deer, squirrels, rabbits, or even turkeys near or on the roadways. Take your time and enjoy the natural beauty, but be mindful of these creatures as they share the space with us.
