"It was definitely a beautiful hotel! Staff members were all amazing & answered any questions I had. Room service was even more amazing with a view of the city! Looking for a lovely weekend getaway go try out The Statler! It’s beautiful & let’s start with the waterproof upstairs was the highlight of the trip! "It’s an incredible option for a multi-day stay in downtown if you’re looking for privacy, convenience, and truly stunning views. One of my favorite perks was access to the Tower Club — being able to enjoy lunch there and work with even more panoramic views made the experience feel elevated and productive. The location inside the Santander building is very central, which made getting around easy. I will say check-in can be a bit of a doozy, so definitely complete the pre-check process before arriving. Outside of that initial hiccup, the stay was seamless. If you prefer a more private experience without the traditional front desk interaction, this is a fantastic choice."
