「ホテルへのリクエストを送っても返信が全くない。エクスペディアさんを間に入ってもらったのですが、エクスペディアさんも連絡がつかなくて困っているという感じ。その挙句、1週間前に予約した部屋はオーバーブッキングで泊まれないので、オーナーが他に所有するair b&b に載ってる部屋を準備すると言われたが、そこにどうやって行けばいいのかか尋ねても、何時に着くのか教えてほしいというメールしか来ないので話にならない。結局エクスペディアさんを介しキャンセルして他のホテルを渡航寸前に予約しました。実際にマナローラに行ってこの宿泊施設を見に行きましたが、確かに眺めは最高にいい場所に立ってます。」

「ラ・スペッツィア中央駅から徒歩で５分ほどの近さにあり、中心街のすぐ横に位置しており、とても便利です。ホテルではなく、レンタルルームなので、事前に到着時刻を知らせないといけないのが若干不便です（メールでも可）。しかし、スタッフは英語も話せるので、問題はないでしょう。リグーリアの東側の観光の起点にすることができます。」

「We are 9 in the family and we all fit comfortably in the place. The place was close to the main train station and easy to get in and out going to Cinque Terre. It was crowded but very accessible. We love it because we got to use the kitchen and tge washer. I would recommend the place with my friends. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate. 」

「チンクエテッレの中でも海上からの街並がきれいなマナローラに泊まりました。駐車場と海との中間点にホテルがあります。坂がきついので、荷物は最小限にした方がいいでしょう。私たちは大きなスーツケース２個を運んだので、荷物の運搬に苦労しました。ホテルといってもアパルトマンのようなもので、キッチンも着いている長期ステイに最適なものでした。ある程度高台にあるので、景観もよく、部屋はシンプルで快適でした。８月に行ったので、海で泳ぐこともできましたし、エアコンはなくても快適に過ごせました。このエリアの中では最高の場所だったと思います。」

「We had a fantastic stay at Il Veliero. I can’t say enough about the wonderful Judith! Who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! She was so helpful and accommodating! We loved the location so close to beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms were great and super clean. Our outdoor courtyard was perfect for our group of seven to have cocktails before dinner and charcuterie lunches. We would definitely come back again!!!」

Il condominio nel quale è ubicata la struttura è in una zona popolare con forte presenza straniera. Non il massimo. Perfetto per organizzare visita alle 5 terre perché a 200 m dalla stazione ferroviaria. Host disponibile e chiaro. 」
