This is the best place we have stayed on our entire Italy trip. The staff was amazing! Beautiful views at sunset. The sunrise overlooking the city from the hotel Truly made it a magical place.

Staff gave me a wonderful warm welcome, covered all aspects of the hotel facilities available to us and then showed me to my room. All in all, I throughly enjoyed my stay despite being out exploring the local area as it was so beautiful. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities was well appointed.

Loved everything

The property is well kept. The instructions on how to get there and how steep it is were just perfect and on point. Basically I loved everything about this property and absolutely would stay again.

Beautiful view from my window! Very clean and spacious room, owners very accommodating! Came late night to the train station and was promptly guided on what to do. You will need to have a car or to take a taxi to get here (taxi was $20 euros on a Sunday night) Definitely would stay here again!!

The property is perched on a hill where you can appreciate Spezia from above. Quiet, cozy as you can relax in a common living room. The room was a little cramped, but clean.

If you plan on using this property during the winter be sure to bring a sleeping bag. When we arrived the temperature inside was the similar to the outside, the heating was turned off. Called property management and they turned the heat on but later that evening it was turned off again for the rest of the night. We slept in our down winter jackets.

Great view of La Spezia Otherwise- room was very basic with few amenities. Bed was hard with springs digging into us. Mosquitoes in room. It is up a very narrow windy road which is difficult to negotiate. We skipped the breakfast since it stopped at 930.Also check out early at 10. Overall place is very basic but views are spectacular

Chambre vétuste avec salle de bain minuscule integrant les wc, ce qui oblige à se laver au-dessus de celui-ci. Le changement des serviettes au delà du 3 ème jour, n’a pas été effectué, nous laissant dans l’impossibilité de nous doucher les jours suivant.

Die Unterkunft war ok. Man sollte aber wegen der vielen Stufen nicht gehbehindert sein. Unter Agriturismo stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. La vue sur la ville parfaite. Très calme. Compte tenu de la position en flanc de montagne, il faut un peut manœuvrer les véhicules pour se garer, mais on y arrive

Attention arnaque.

Horrible chambre 9 m2 On peut que tourner autour du lit. la Clim pas terrible. La télé a la taille de la chambre petite. On entend tous les bruits. Le prix de 280€ Par nuit hors de prix. Une arnaque. Hôtel situé dans la montagne difficile d’accès. En dehors de la ville. J’espère que vous avez un bon GPS. Comment hôtel . Com laisse ses adhérents gold réserver un tel endroit ??? J’ai passé 2 nuits que vous devrez me créditer Sur mon compte mais je vous ai fait confiance et à ce prix même l’hôtel réservé en face du palais du roi d’Espagne à Madrid était a 100€ par nuit. C’est vraiment abusé. J’ai eu honte et n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. Pour cause j’étais dans une prison. Je vous prie de publier mon avis pour la communauté. Ma mauvaise expérience doit servir Les autres voyageurs. Quand a vous hôtel .Com Je vous rend responsable de cette mésaventure.vous m’avez gâché une partie de mon voyage. Pour comparer je suis 2 jours à Stresa à l’hôtel Sempionne. 225 € la nuit refait tout neuf chambre vue sur le lac Majeur. Impeccable. Et le personnel d’une gentillesse irréprochable.

Super en tout ! Vraiment rien a redire, vu extra, accueil vraiment amicale, la chambre parfaite (comme à la maison et nickel). Machine à café en libre service fait un avantage certain! Merci beaucoup pour ce moment!

The view from the window and doors was amazing. The room was beautiful and we loved it. The narrow road to get to the property was a bit dicey if you're not used to driving in Italy.
