Cute cabin

We loved our stay. Very cute cabin in a quiet area, not far from the main strip. Larger than it appears in photos. Would definitely stay again.

Great cabin by main Pigeon Forge area

Great spacious cabin near the Pigeon Forge main tourist area. Two pools are very close to the cabin which is nice.

Perfect location

Wonderful stay! Cabin was excellent and location was perfect for us! We came to play in the Ripken experience and literally was 3 minutes from one field and 10 minutes from the other!

Fall Break Getaway

The location is great - off the Parkway, but provides easy access to all the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville attractions. Just wish it had gotten cool enough to take advantage of the gas fireplaces!

Always stay here when on vacation

We have booked this cabin at least 4 times. Place is always clean and easy check in. Close to all the attractions but far enough to rest and relax. Host is always quick to respond. We will definitely be back

Nice location centrally located to many of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Cabin fit our family of 6 well. The cabin is cozy and met our expectations. Could use a little TLC throughout the resort and cabin. Mostly minor cosmetic things. I would stay here again. minor mi

50th Birthday celebration

Have stayed here numerous times. Convenient location. Quite. Only slight complaint was the outside pool area. Needs some upkeep, but we love it there! Will of course stay again.

NYE Family Vacay

This vacation was a Christmas present to my family this year. We absolutely loved the location of the cabin. Easy access to all near by attractions! Very spacious and I love we were able to spread out through the cabin & didn’t feel bunched up on top of one another. Minor cleaning issues noticed but nothing we couldn’t take care of ourselves. We would definitely book again!

Perfect location

This cabin is perfect for families with multiple age groups or would even perfect for two families or in laws. The lower level was the perfect space for our son and his friends. The location was just a short distance to the island. My only suggestion is minor upkeep that clearly needs done just from wear and tear like faucets, ect. We would definitely book this cabin again!

Nice location. Cabin could use some TLC.

The location of cabin 357 was great to all the things we wanted to do. The cabin needs some TLC: the pull out bed downstairs needs a better mattress. I was able to feel every spring in the mattress with just my hands. We had to take the mattress from the pull out bed upstairs to lay on top of this one. This would’ve been a problem if we were planning on someone sleeping on that bed. Hot tub seems to be leaking down on the bottom deck. Recliner needs to be replaced. Written instructions on how to work the tv and check out process would be nice.

Nice Stay

Overall very nice. Was worried about being in Pigeon Forge instead of Gatlinburg. No reason to bring food because Kroger's right across the street. Overall was not noisy and traffic was decent. Met a few other travelers and everyone was nice. Place needed a maintenance person as you could see things wrong and been wrong. Downstairs had the two bedrooms and the big bathroom and tub which didn't make sense. Our two kids were happy! TV and things were definitely old but we were tired and didn't hang out a lot. Pools were small but nice.

Cabin Getaway

Spider webs on the outside of the front porch and balcony. Hazard in the living room needs repair nails sticking up could cut someome. It is close to the livingroom fireplace beside the recliner. Indoor pool was out of service and the front of the tub needs to be repaired as well. Was not a bad experience overall though, just some minor repairs. Couldn't enjoy the front porch or balcony due to the neighbors smoking and could smell it in the living room. Great place for a family vacation....

Needs improvement

We stayed here this past weekend. Check in was easy. We got in and everything looked good. As we put our things in our rooms we noticed blind slats were broke on a lot of the blinds. Beds were ok, but I would suggest bringing your own pillows. The hot tub was not warm and didn’t have a clean smell to it. The pool in the clubhouse was cloudy and didn’t look clean either. The dishwasher is not secured, so when you opened the door to do dishes, it would move. We didn’t use the microwave because it had burn marks on the door. We noticed after using the bathroom on the main floor that the toilet was leaking from the tank. My son pulled out the sofa bed downstairs and it looked like there was possibly a wine stain and throw up on the mattress. The grill grates were rusting so we couldn’t use the grill. Location was great, but cabin needs improvements.

Not the greatest but very adequate

The cabin is in a great location however there is alot left to be desired. The hosts were very slow or did not respond at all. There were no instructions on check in or check out process. No information given on where the amenities are located or how to access them. We were texted the wifi password and door code after a few attempts to get access info for check in. There was no email sent that included this information. Additionally, the pool is quite small for the amount of cabins in the dense area. The upstairs twin in the loft was difficult to utilize due to the high-rise next door that had obtrusive lights shin gin in to the top windows of the cabin. The cabin has much deferred maintenance through out. Mild lined the basement shower curtain, old and tired carpet and cracked tiles are just a few of the issues. The kitchen is adequately stocked and functional. Needless to say, the owners do not care about this unit. Lay out/ floorplan of the unit was perfect for our families needs and allows for kids to be in a separate area from the adults. I think we will stay elsewhere next time but appreciate the opportunity for a last minute booking.

Just a Place to Lay Your Head

This duplex cabin is in an excellent location just off the main road in Pigeon Forge and on the way to Cade's Cove. There was plenty of parking on site. The cabin was nicely decorated on the inside. The furniture was comfy. However, it is not a place we would go back to. We were never contacted about the check in or check out procedures. I contacted the listing agent when we were a couple of hours away to find out how to get in. The agent then proceeded to ask when I was checking in. There was a quick response to my messages. The same was true with the checkout process, except this time I didn't receive a message back. We left the cabin as we found it but applied some checkout rules and practices that we've used for different places un the past. We aren't sure if it was the way it was supposed to be but couldn't wait around for a response or instructions that never came. It was quite frustrating to have to contact the owner for basic information. The floors weren't very clean. White socks weren't white on the bottom after walking on the floors. The downstairs couch bed mattress had what looked like blood stains on it. Not to mention every single spring could be easily felt on it. The upstairs couch bed mattress was a lot more comfy and updated. However, the mattress cover had a little grass, dirt, etc on it when unfolded. All the mattresses and pillows needed updating. The pillows on the upstairs bed were worn down and stained. Exterior needs attention as well.

We absolutely loved the accommodation and had a wonderful time! The location was perfect and easy to find, and we appreciated the ample parking for our three vehicles.We especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was and that the bathrooms were nicely supplied with towels.

The location was great. Just a couple minutes from the main strip, close to the depot to catch the trolly, and close to the Island and shopping. Everything at the cabin was perfect for us and just how it was represented. The space for my husband, myself, our teenage daughter and her friend could not have been better. We particularly liked being able to send the teens downstairs to their own “apartment” for the week. The owner promptly answered my calls prior to coming and was happy to answer my questions. Once we arrived we were pleased immediately. We had one question about the living room remotes for the tv so we called the owner and within minutes there was help knocking on the door to give us a remote tutorial. It ended up being user error and I was the user. . At the end of our stay check-out was so simple. We would gladly recommend this property to others and will likely stay again in the future.

Great family getaway

The cabin is clean, well maintained, and true to the photos. It has everything you need including beach towels, blankets, extra pillows, plastic dishes for kids, and extras of paper products (i.e. toilet paper). The mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The location has quick access to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and multiple grocery stores, while giving nice views and separation from the road noise. I definitely recommend.
