The flat :
The entrance is on the ground floor, you will reach the flat on the 1st floor by a staircase. The flat is air-conditioned and has a splendid sea view from all its rooms:

- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: central island with 4 high chairs, fridge, dishwasher (located under the sink), freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed, a cupboard and direct access to the terrace.
- A shower room with an Italian shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

- A beautiful terrace of 20 m², facing west with a breathtaking view of the sea. It is fitted out with a garden lounge, a dining table to enjoy a convivial moment facing the twilight!
