"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "

"L'appartement est très grand (rez-de-chaussée d'une maison) et aménagé avec bcp de goût. Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. Chien, chat, tortues nous ont réservés un acceuil amical. Le jardin est très grand, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants. La piscine est un avantage non négligeable au vu des températures très élevées. "This apartment is located in a calm and charming little village, a good starting point to discover Umbria. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make the place ideal for a family's comfortable stay. The apartment is well-equipped but we missed the air conditioning in the hot summer days and a microwave for easy cooking. The host were very nice and friendly. "The only thing this place could have that it doesn't is an infinity pool! We loved it here. It was a last minute booking and the host was super helpful. STUNNING views from the patio, and the lake is a short drive down the hill. Also, a very cool little town with restaurants just a two minute drive.Our favorite stays in Italy we're in these little remote towns. Soooo nice. "
