"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. "Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! "We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent.
