This lake front cabin feels rustic, clean and homey. It is nicely furnished. It has immediate access to the lake and good climbing on Piermont Mountain that the cabin faces. For the more adventurous the White Mountains are nearby. The two bathrooms, four bedrooms, laundry room a sceened in porch or family room, full kitchen, living room with wood burning fire place. There is a fire pit outside and kayaks and a canoe available. The lake water is clean. You can see the bottom of the lake in many places. The fragrance of the forest is nearby. You may get lucky and hear as well as see the loons, a moose, bear, beaver or some other creature of interest in this habitat. Although you can bathe or shower in the water at the cabin, you cannot drink the tap water unless it is boiled. To make it easier bring your own supply of drinking water. This is true of many of the camps on the lake. It is a minor inconvience. This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable. Think of it as a camping experience with all the comforts of home in a very beautiful setting.
