"We had a wonderful week at Casa Volz. From there it is very easy by car to reach lots of rambling paths inside the island as well as many lovely sandy beaches. The house is very clean and fully equipped with anything you may need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. "This accommodation was probably the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. The location set high up overlooking the sea and a tiny fishing village was unrivalled. "I’ve stayed in many budget hotels like this one, but the food here is outstanding! During our 7 day stay (we even booked an extra night), the dishes never repeated once. A bottle of water for two with dinner costs just €2.50 totally worth it, because the food is amazing. Yes, the hotel isn’t new, but it’s well maintained and far from rundown. Every room has air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. Cleanliness is at a very high level you see the cleaning staff every day. In fact, I even told them they could clean our room every three days because it really wasn’t necessary more often. Everyone here is so friendly from the cleaners and gardeners to the cooks, waitresses, and receptionists. I would absolutely stay here again!"
